Can I order catering outside of the deadlines?
Often we are able to accommodate rush orders. Give us a call 612.278.4431 (Monday through Friday 8am-4pm) and one of our catering specialists will let you know if we’re able to help out.

Some special requests can be accommodated; please notate special requests for your order using the “NOTE” box during checkout. For example, "No Nuts" or "Pasteurized Cheese Only" We will follow up with you if we have questions or are not able to accommodate the request. How do I serve your catering?
All of our catering is meant to be served at room temperature. No heating required. Our catering comes with serving utensils. Catering is either presented on wooden trays or black trays with a dome. Simply unwrap and open you catering, and it is ready to serve!
Do you have an order minimum?
No, there is no minimum order size, however some items such as our individual boxed lunches have a minimum order quantity per item.
What is your cancellation policy?
Any order cancelled less than 36 hours prior to the delivery or pick up time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the order total. Any order cancelled with less than 24 hours prior to the delivery or pick up time will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee of the order total.

We’re excited to talk to you about catering on the phone or via email! Feel free to call anytime the shop is open. Our goal is to respond to emails and phone calls same day. Any inquiries received after hours will be responded to in the morning of the next business day. Thanks for understanding!
What is your delivery policy?
Unfortunately, we do not offer deliver at this time.
What is the service fee?
Effective February 14, 2024, we are introducing a 15% hospitality fee based on sales which will be added to each catering order, in lieu of soliciting tips. This fee will go directly to the hourly employees of France 44 Foods to support their wages and benefits.
As you may know, we have accepted tips in our stores and online since early 2020. The addition of gratuities to our employees’ wages during the height of the pandemic was an enormous benefit at a time of anxiety and uncertainty. We have been both humbled and gratified by the continuing generosity of our customers in their willingness to offer these gratuities.
Evolving regulations and environmental factors have made the existing tipping model untenable. This fee will allow us to maintain our high standards of service and equitable compensation model for all hourly staff supporting our foods business.
Can I use a gift card or Club 44 points to pay for my catering?
Unfortunately, no.
Do I need to re-heat any of my food?
Nope! All of our catering is meant to be served at room temperature. Simply unwrap your tray and allow 30-60 minutes for your food to come to room temp.
Can I bring in my own platter from home and have you arrange my catering on my platter?
Unfortunately we cannot arrange catering on your platter that you provide
